Fantastic and wonderful in taste, Pie rolls are so easy to prepare that they will turn into your favorite recipe.

Delicious and combined with various fillings, with cheese, with nettles or wild cabbage, with onions and tomatoes or leeks and spinach, all the ways of cooking them are wonderful.

Ingredients

10-12 pies ready for pie

300 g cottage cheese

3-4 tablespoons of yogurt

olive oil

salt

piper

Preparation

In a bowl toss the cottage cheese, kosin, salt and pepper and mix with a spoon until the mass is uniform.

Take a noodle and lay it on the kitchen table, sprinkle with a little olive oil and fold in half.

On the narrow side of the noodle toss around 2-3 spoons of the mixture with cottage cheese and yogurt.

The noodle collection technique is very easy, just fold the edges of the noodle so that the filling does not spill and roll it until a roll is created.

Place this roll in a pan that you have sprinkled with a little oil, or if you wish you can use baking paper.

Repeat these steps until you are done with all the noodles.

Leave some space from one roll to another when you place them in the pan to bake.

Coat the top with a little milk and olive oil before putting it in the oven.

This will prevent the noodles from drying out during baking as the noodles are ready.

Then place in the oven to bake 200 degrees around 15 – 20 minutes, or until the noodles have taken on the characteristic golden color of baking.

These cottage cheese rolls are perfect for a lunch accompanied by various soups or even fresh seasonal salads as well as various pickles as well.

But they can also be perfect for a quick and hassle-free dinner.
