Chicken flatbread is one of the most delicious dishes, authentic traditional Albanian cuisine.
This is an old tradition, where for decades it continues to prevail in Albanian families in family holidays and joys.

Preparation of Chicken Flatbread
First, put the chicken to boil in a pot of water and salt. When the chicken is ready, keep its juice aside as it will be used to prepare the plain.

They will also need 4-5 green onions, butter or olive oil, salt and mint.
Add olive oil and a little butter to a pot, add the finely chopped green onions. We cook them until their volume drops.
