Work started under the white robe in March. Except as a nurse at the Main Family Medicine Center in Podujeva, she also works as an ambulance driver, writes Llapi.info.

Fikrie Rekaliu - a woman with a veil, started working as a nurse at the MFMC of Podujeva in March this year in the new palliative service. In addition, she also drives an ambulance to provide medical assistance to Llapja patients, the latter that increases her willingness to work.

"To help people in need, the thing that fulfills me the most ", she says for Llapi.info.

Rekaliu stated for Llapi.info that it makes good sense to provide services for those seeking medical help.

"I started working since March of this year as a nurse within the palliative service and not only as a nurse, I am also an ambulance driver. Palliative care is available to all citizens who have difficulty accessing the Family Medicine Center., which means visiting the patient at home ”, she says.

Further, Rekaliu added that within a day, as she has stated, makes up 150 kilometers as an ambulance driver.

"Helping people in need is the thing that fulfills me the most. And not just as a nurse. I also do the job of ambulance driver. During a work schedule I do 120 until 150 kilometers of roads, with an average of 20 patients per day ", says Rekaliu.
Rekaliu has said that although double work makes him more engaged, the commitment to provide medical services is increasing.

"Citizens are very satisfied with this service, which is offered for free. For this service, two teams are engaged. Working as a nurse and at the same time as an ambulance driver makes me more engaged many times over., but I'm happy to have this opportunity to help patients. ", she says, adding that it does not face complaints from patients.
