Runoff election campaign 5 day, these are all activities

The election campaign for political entities and candidates running in the second round of local elections will be 5 daily, will start on 8 November and will end on 12 November.

This was announced by the CEC, while the deadlines of the main electoral activities for the second round of elections for mayors are as follows:

- Election campaign for political entities and candidates who will run in the second round, will be 5 daily, will start on 8 November and will end on 12 November;

- For successfully registered voters from outside Kosovo, during the period 10 July - 18 August, The CEC has decided 15 days available to them to vote by mail. This voting starts on 29 October. Until this date, The CEC plans to approve the design and content of the ballots, to enable the start of voting abroad. Ballots must be received by the CEC at the latest 12 November.

- Central Election Commission, through mobile teams, will enable Voting of Persons with Special Needs in the municipalities where the second round will be held. Until 11 November, The CEC will identify voters infected with COVID-19, while for voters with special needs (VNV) in institutions, The CEC will send a request to the Ministry of Justice from 2 until 5 November, while the request will be sent to the Ministry of Health by 10 November.

- Regarding the observation of the elections of this round, The CEC has decided that competing political entities, NGO, international organization, diplomatic missions and the media to confirm the lists of observers they want to re-engage, as well as apply for additional observers. Application for accreditation of additional observers of political entities, OJQ-and, international observers and the media, starts with 28 October and ends on 8 November.
