An apple a day, the doctor outside the home. however, what it means when we eat two apples? They are certainly healthier than a little chocolate.

E po, four, five, ten apples a day? Can they be harmful if we eat too many trees? "Finally yes", answers the German doctor Carsten Lekutat.

Fruits contain fructose, that is why they are so delicious and sweet. "Ultimate fructose is sugar, with all the problems that result from excess sugar ", he says.

An apple makes you healthier, three often result in fatty liver, explains the doctor. When the liver becomes oily, most assume this is due to alcohol.

Indeed, says Lekutat, IN 20 to 30 percent of cases this has nothing to do with alcohol, but is a consequence of excess fructose.

“Bananas, apples, plums have much more sugar than oranges or mountain fruits ", says nutritionist Antje Gahl. She recommends five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Vegetables in that case have priority. For example, two pieces of tree, three vegetables.

"Fresh fruits are better than processed ones", emphasizes Lekat and adds to the sap of the trees, trees with high concentration and quickly reach the bloodstream for which dr. Lekat is not a proponent of orange juice in the morning.
