Dish with potatoes and carrots December 10, 2021
This recipe is very tasty and with some ingredients it becomes special. Try it and you will love it endlessly.
Ingredients: beef, 4- 5 large potatoes, 4 large carrots, 2 red peppers, 1 green pepper, 1 small onion, salt, piper, olive oil, laurel, turmeric and
parsley.
Preparation: Mishin me kocka e ziejmë bashkë me erëza (laurel, thyme branches , 1 whole-leaf onion, karrot, presh) until it is done ready and the bones have released their fluid. Drain the juice and the meat from the bones. In the pot where we will cook, add olive oil, finely chopped onion and lower the heat and let it soften well. Then add the peppers cut into very thick rings, coarsely chopped carrots, Potatoes 4 part or 2 part. Once fried all together, we add the laurel, salt, piper, turmeric meat and very little vinegar. Leave them on the fire until the vegetables are ready. Enjoy your meal!
